For Truck and Trailer Access
Our facility has full tractor-trailer access with a paved yard and loading dock. Trucks should enter from Ralph Avenue and proceed to the loading area at the rear of the building. We can accommodate 53-foot trailers. A forklift operator is available during all business hours to assist with loading and unloading. Please call or email ahead to schedule dock time for large deliveries or pickups.

Emails received outside of business hours?
Emails sent after 5:00 PM EST on weekdays, on Saturdays after 1:00 PM, or on Sundays will be answered first thing the next business day. Our team processes after-hours emails in the order they were received, so the earlier you send it, the earlier you will hear back.

Do I need an appointment to visit your facility?
Walk-ins are welcome during business hours for browsing and purchasing. However, if you are picking up a pre-arranged order or dropping off containers, we recommend scheduling a time so we can have your order ready and dock space available when you arrive.
Can you send photos of specific IBCs before I buy?
Yes. For customers who want to inspect before purchasing, we can send detailed photos of the specific units allocated to your order showing all four sides, the valve, the data plate, and the fill opening. Just ask when you request your quote.
Do you serve customers outside the United States?
Currently, we serve the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time. However, customers in those areas are welcome to arrange their own freight from our Louisville facility.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept company checks, ACH bank transfers, wire transfers, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Net-30 terms are available for qualified businesses with recurring orders. Prepayment is required for first-time orders.
