IBC Recycle Services offers used, reconditioned, and new IBC totes, along with recycling, transportation, cleaning, and custom container solutions. Please note the following regarding our products and services:

• All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary from actual products
• Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary based on quantity, condition, and market conditions
• Availability of products and services is not guaranteed and may be limited based on current inventory
• Used and reconditioned IBC totes are sold in "as described" condition. We provide accurate grading and descriptions, but minor variations are normal for pre-owned containers
• It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that any IBC tote purchased is suitable for their intended use, including compliance with applicable industry regulations and safety standards

By placing an order with IBC Recycle Services, you agree to the following:

• All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by IBC Recycle Services
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed in error or that contain incorrect information
• Payment terms will be established at the time of order and must be fulfilled according to the agreed terms
• Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier

We strive for complete customer satisfaction with every transaction. Our returns policy is as follows:

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by contacting us via email at info@ibcrecycleservies.com
• Products must be returned in the same condition as received, unused and undamaged beyond their described condition at time of sale
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect not disclosed at time of sale
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product
• Custom orders, modified containers, and bulk orders with negotiated pricing may have different return terms, which will be specified in the order agreement

Used and reconditioned IBC totes have had prior use and may retain characteristics of such use. Important disclaimers include:

• Used containers are sold for general-purpose storage and transport unless specifically stated as food-grade or suitable for hazardous materials
• We make no warranties regarding the suitability of any used container for storing food, potable water, chemicals, or hazardous materials unless explicitly represented in the product description
• Buyers should perform their own inspection and testing before using any container for critical or regulated applications
• IBC Recycle Services is not liable for any damages arising from the use of products for purposes not recommended or disclosed at the time of purchase

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of IBC Recycle Services or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
