IBC Accessories & Parts
Everything you need to maintain, upgrade, and optimize your IBC fleet. From valves and gaskets to heating blankets and mixers, we stock it all with same-week shipping.
Keep Your Fleet Running at Peak Performance
A leaky valve, a cracked cap, or a worn-out gasket can sideline an entire IBC tote -- and disrupt your operation. Our accessories catalog puts every replacement part and upgrade at your fingertips so you can keep product moving. We carry parts from all major IBC manufacturers and can cross-reference any OEM part number to find you the right fit.
Buying replacement parts instead of discarding a tote with a minor issue is one of the easiest ways to reduce waste and extend the lifecycle of your containers. A $10 gasket can save a $150 tote from the scrap heap. That is good for the environment and great for your budget.

Accessories for Every Industry
Food & Beverage
EPDM gaskets, stainless ball valves, form-fit liners with spout, vented caps. Food-grade operations need accessories that meet FDA compliance and prevent cross-contamination between batches.
Chemical Manufacturing
Viton and PTFE gaskets, cam-lock fittings, chemical-resistant liners. Chemical compatibility is the top priority -- the wrong gasket material can degrade, contaminate product, or cause a leak.
Agriculture & Irrigation
Hose barb adapters, brass spigots, UV covers, heating blankets. Farming operations need durable, weather-resistant accessories that survive outdoor exposure and rough handling.
Cold Climate Operations
Full-wrap heating blankets, base heaters, insulated jackets, digital thermostat controllers. Viscous products like oils, syrups, and resins require heat to flow properly in cold weather.
Pharmaceutical & Cosmetics
Stainless steel valves, PTFE gaskets, foil barrier liners, tamper-evident seals. Purity, traceability, and contamination prevention are essential for regulated industries.
Waste Management & Recycling
Standard PP valves, LDPE liners, top-only dust covers. Cost-effective accessories for waste collection totes where premium materials are unnecessary.
Accessory Care Guide
Proper maintenance of your IBC accessories extends their life and prevents costly failures. Here are expert recommendations for each category.
Valve Maintenance
Operate the valve through full open-close cycles monthly to prevent seizing. Inspect the handle mechanism for cracks or play. Check the valve-to-bottle thread seal for weeping quarterly. Replace the entire valve assembly if the ball or disc shows scoring or pitting -- a compromised sealing surface cannot be repaired.
Gasket Replacement Schedule
EPDM and Buna-N gaskets should be replaced every 12 -- 18 months in chemical service, or every 24 months for water service. Viton gaskets last 2 -- 3 years under typical conditions. PTFE gaskets are the most durable but should be inspected annually for cold flow or creep. Always replace gaskets with the identical material -- swapping materials can introduce incompatibility.
Heating Blanket Care
Inspect heating blankets before each cold season for frayed wires, damaged insulation, or connector corrosion. Always use a thermostat controller to prevent overheating -- HDPE softens at temperatures above 160F and can deform or fail. Never fold or crease a heating blanket for storage; roll it instead to preserve wire integrity.
Liner Installation Tips
When installing an IBC liner, ensure the liner is fully seated against the bottle walls before filling. Trapped air between the liner and bottle can cause the liner to collapse inward as liquid is dispensed. Use the spout fitting to route through the existing valve opening for a clean dispensing path. Never reuse single-use liners.
Cover and Tarp Care
UV covers degrade over time from the very radiation they protect against. Inspect covers annually for brittleness, tearing, or fading. Replace when the material loses flexibility. Clean covers with mild soap and water -- never use solvents or pressure washers that could damage the UV-resistant coating.
Mixer Maintenance
Lubricate mixer shaft seals according to the manufacturer schedule -- typically every 500 operating hours. Inspect impeller blades for erosion, especially in abrasive slurry applications. For pneumatic mixers, ensure the air supply is clean and dry using an inline filter and water separator to prevent motor damage.
Trusted by Thousands
“We order Viton gaskets and PTFE-sealed valves in bulk every quarter. The prices are better than any industrial supplier we have found, and everything ships same-week. Having a single source for both the tanks and the parts saves us a lot of procurement headaches.”
Greg P.
Maintenance Manager, Great Plains Chemical
“I needed to replace a cracked cap on a Sunday and their team identified the exact part from a photo I texted. The replacement arrived Tuesday. That kind of responsiveness saved us from dumping 200 gallons of organic apple juice. Worth every penny.”
Monica F.
Facilities Coordinator, Sunrise Juice Co.
“The heating blanket setup was a game changer for our molasses storage. Winters here get brutal, and the product used to crystallize in the totes. Now with the blanket and thermostat controller, it flows perfectly every time. Easy install, well-built product.”
Hank B.
Farm Owner, Hank's Organic Ranch
“We switched all our IBC gaskets to PTFE after a compatibility issue with our new coating formula. IBC Recycle Services had them in stock and helped us identify the right size and grade. No more leaks, no more gasket swelling. Problem solved.”
Jennifer C.
Lab Manager, ClearCoat Technologies
“The form-fit liners are excellent for our wine transfer operations. They create a clean barrier inside the tote so we do not need to use food-grade containers for every application. The spout adapter fits perfectly into our existing valve opening. Smart product.”
Antonio S.
Operations Lead, Valley Winery
“We purchased UV covers for all 24 of our outdoor-stored totes. Within one season, the difference was obvious -- covered totes stayed flexible and clear while our uncovered ones were starting to yellow and crack. At $35 each, the covers paid for themselves immediately.”

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know which valve fits my IBC tote?
Most IBC totes use a 2-inch NPS (National Pipe Straight) bottom valve with a 62mm or S60x6 buttress thread connection to the bottle. The most common replacement is a 2" polypropylene ball valve. However, some European-made IBCs use DN50 metric threads or different thread patterns. If you are unsure, send us a photo of your existing valve and the IBC manufacturer name, and we will identify the correct replacement.
What gasket material should I use for my application?
EPDM is the default choice for water, food, and mild chemical service. Buna-N (nitrile) is best for petroleum products and oils. Viton handles aggressive chemicals, fuels, and high temperatures. PTFE is the universal option that works with nearly all chemicals but is the most expensive. Refer to our material compatibility chart above, or contact us with your Safety Data Sheet and we will recommend the right gasket.
Can I use a heating blanket with any IBC tote?
Yes, our heating blankets are designed to fit standard 275-gallon and 330-gallon IBC totes regardless of manufacturer. The full-wrap blanket wraps around the cage, while the base heater sits beneath the pallet. Always use a thermostat controller to prevent overheating the HDPE bottle. Never use a heating blanket on a tote containing flammable materials without an explosion-proof rated blanket.
Do IBC liners work with all tote sizes?
Our standard liners are sized for 275-gallon and 330-gallon IBC totes. They fit all major manufacturers including Schutz, Mauser, Greif, and Snyder. Form-fit liners with a spout are designed to route through the existing 2" bottom valve opening. For non-standard tote sizes, contact us for custom liner sizing.
How often should I replace my UV cover?
UV covers typically last 2 to 4 years depending on your climate and sun intensity. In the southern US or at high altitude, expect to replace covers more frequently. Signs of degradation include brittleness, tearing, fading, or loss of elasticity. A degraded cover provides little UV protection and should be replaced promptly to prevent bottle damage.
Do you offer volume discounts on accessories?
Yes. Orders over $500 receive a minimum 10% discount. Larger recurring orders qualify for custom pricing. Many of our commercial customers set up quarterly blanket orders for gaskets, caps, and valves at pre-negotiated pricing. Contact us to discuss a volume arrangement tailored to your usage pattern.
Can you help me identify a part from a photo?
Absolutely. Send us a clear photo of the part you need to replace, along with the IBC manufacturer name and model number if available. Our team can typically identify the correct replacement within hours. We maintain a comprehensive cross-reference database covering all major IBC brands and models.
Do you carry explosion-proof heating blankets?
Yes. We stock UL-listed and CSA-certified explosion-proof heating blankets rated for Class I, Division 1 and Division 2 hazardous locations. These blankets are required when heating IBCs containing flammable liquids, combustible dusts, or ignitable fibers. They feature sealed electrical connections and intrinsically safe thermostat controls.
